The Licking County Bar Association will hold a CLE seminar on Friday, July 20, 2018, at The Licking County Domestic Relations Courthouse, Judge Frost’s Courtroom, 75 East Main Street, Newark, Ohio 43055. The CLE program will begin at 12:00 p.m. and conclude at 1:00 p.m., and is entitled “View from the Bench – Lunch & Learn Series: Contempt of Court.” The program presenter is Judge Duke Frost of the Licking County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division. Judge Frost will discuss the types of contempt, elements of a contempt claim, evidence required to sustain a contempt claim and affirmative defenses to contempt.

There is no cost for this seminar. NO MEAL OR BEVERAGES WILL BE PROVIDED AT THIS SEMINAR, BUT ATTENDEES ARE WELCOME TO BRING THEIR OWN LUNCH. No pre-registration is required, but it would be helpful for planning purposes if those planning to attend could send an email to ahall@reesepyle.com indicating their intention to attend. One CLE credit will be awarded to those attending this program.

There is no cost for LCBA members.  There is a $35.00 cost for Non-LCBA members
